*Sterilize the Derma Roller
Before each use, sterilize your derma roller by soaking it in a bowl of alcohol solution for at least 5 minutes. Shake off excess liquid and let it air dry on a clean towel.
*Prepare Your Hair
Make sure your hair is clean and dry. Comb or brush to remove any tangles.
*Apply Scalp Serum or Oil (Optional)
If you're using a scalp serum or oil, apply a small amount to the scalp area where you'll be using the derma roller. This helps enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
*Divide Your Hair into Sections
Use your fingers or a comb to divide your hair into sections, exposing the areas of the scalp you wish to target.
*Start Rolling
Holding the derma roller handle, gently roll the device over your scalp in one direction—do not roll back and forth. Apply moderate pressure but avoid pressing too hard.
*Change Directions
Repeat the rolling process but in a different direction to ensure even coverage. For example, if you started horizontally, switch to a vertical direction.
*Apply Additional Serum or Oil (Optional)
After you've covered all targeted areas, you can apply an additional layer of serum or oil if desired.
*Sterilize the Derma Roller Again
Post-use, sterilize the derma roller in alcohol as you did in Step 1. Allow it to air dry before storing it in its protective case.
*Wash Your Scalp (Optional)
If you feel any discomfort or have sensitive skin, you may choose to gently wash your scalp with lukewarm water.
*Replace Your Derma Roller
It is best practice to ensure you are properly caring for your derma roller by cleaning it after each use. We recommend replacing your derma roller every three months to prevent any adverse affects.
