Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

Local Pickup:
Free in-salon pickup is available at our Gold Coast Chicago location. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
