Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Eligible Returns:
You may return unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for YRK Beauty store credit or exchange. (Beauty store credit does NOT apply to salon services)

Hair tools must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used hair care products
• Hair brushes or combs (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return:
Email us at beauty@yrkchicago.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
